Hello!
Affiliates free flugin with woocommerce integration light is able to track referrals or just the Affiliates pro version can track referrals? Thank you!

    Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our software.

    Yes of course it can track referrals and grant commissions to the referring affiliates. In case of WooCommerce and whenever a referred sale is added to your shop, the referring affiliate will get a commission based on the rate set in Affiliates WooCommerce Light integration settings.

      Thank you! Unfortunatelly the plugin does not count the referrals, only the hits. How can I fix this? Thank yu in advance, Andi

        Hi Andrea,

        Please have a look at the Troubleshooting section of the documentation, you might some issue that affects your site in this case. With the WooCommerce integration set up and affiliate links visited, after placing an order the system will normally record a referral as a basic functionality. If that doesn’t happen, then you might have a conflict which could be covered in the Troubleshooting section.
