Thanks for the link, I’ve registered a test account as support_itthinx. Please check if that user is duplicated. If you can’t give admin access, please create a development version of your site and remove any customer data from there. We can then help based on the developnent version where you can grant admin access. Also note that if you get duplicate users it might be an issue with a conflicting plugin. You can also give this a try by deactivating any non-essential plugins that might interfere in the registration process.

Do users or affiliates are duplicated?
Does this happen in wordpress registration and/or that of WooCommerce?
You can try to deactivate the plugin to check if the problem continues.
