I reached out via email because the comments I left (two) were never approved and apparently are not even pending with you atm even though I got a duplication notification when I DID try to post it again so please see thes as a comment to that topic (comments have now been turned off there so I can’t comment again).
Thanks so much for the reply!
So the thing is that I am selling various things in my shop – one of them is a course – the other few are coaching packages. The Affiliate rates should only be valid for the course and not for EVERYTHING in the shop, that’s why I didn’t set up a fallback rate for this and specified it for the product.
You can see here the various rates I set up for people and for products only.
The order in the screenshot here that I mentioned in the post above was only a TEST order that my VA made with a referral link to specifically that product.
So we set up the client as well as the product and “test bought” this 5 Euro product. So technically the affiliate with the referral number that we made the sale with should have made 1 Euro from it – which as mentioned above, is not the case, unfortunately. It registers the sale, but it does not show any amount for it.
Basically what we would like is to give the affiliates 20% off the net price (so before tax) from every course bought.
I hope I answered all your questions!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
