I have added the below to pass amount on of £2 and the affiliate name to over ride the “Direct” lead. I had this working went to bed and retried today and isn’t passing the affiliate reference over.
[hidden amount “2”]
[hidden affiliate-name “John Smith”]
The referrals show all going to direct and not the named affiliate.
What am i missing?

My setup is i have set a contact form up on my domain and iframed the form on another domain for testing and so this would be the affiliates website promoting my clients.
I had it working where if the form had the settings mentioned or something similar it passed over that the lead from the form came from that affiliate and credited them in the system with the spesific amount too.
So are you saying an affiliate can’t have a custom iframe from myself to process a lead and show it in the system that they have gain £x commissions?

you can try to use http://www.yourdomain.com/your-form?affiliates=XXX as iframe’s url (adding the affiliates param).

you can use base-amount, amount and/or currency, as hidden fields (fi you have enabled these options on Affiliates->Contact Form 7), but not “affiliate-name”.
If the user comes in from an affiliate url (www.domain.com?affiliate=XXX) then a commission to this affiliate is assigned. If the user doesn’t use an affiliate’s url, then the commission is assigned to Direct (if this option is set).
