We are using the Groups plugin/addon within the website, Recently we found that when we add any coupon restriction based on Groups from the groups plugin the coupon code becomes corrupted and no one can use it even if I remove the groups restriction. Please help us fix this issue so we can continue to use this plugin within the website without any issues.

After a second review, I would recommend you to avoid restricting WC coupons with Groups and use the premium plugin WooCommerce Group Coupons. This addon is designed especially for this particular task and you should have a look at its description and the rest of its features.

Sorry to hear that you have issues with Groups and restrictions.
Can you please review your coupon settings and make sure that the coupon is valid in general regardless of the applied group restriction? Also, what happens when you try to use the restricted coupon code as a member of the group it is restricted to? Is it possible to apply the coupon?
As for debug, is there anything logged in your debug.log file when trying to apply the coupon or when you remove the coupon restriction?
