I find the dashboard really not intuitive – seems to be modular block pieces and you can include what you want. Hoping there are major updates forthcoming – in interim how can we do the following

a. get segmented action per channel ie facebook, twitter, email, website etc
b. Get data on your most valuable Ambassadors. Understand their sharing patterns and strategies to optimize your campaigns.
c. get data on specific share messages
d. rank affiliates on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.

    On a : Currently you can use different affiliate ids per channel, the system doesn’t support campaign ids (yet).

    b : Use ratios and compare by net revenue they generate versus management and affiliate maintenance. It’s highly subjective when you have few affiliates where partner-like relationships are maintained. The numbers often speak for themselves when it’s fully automated and you do not maintain close relationships with them.

    c : Depends on the data you want to see.

    d : Using the filter settings in the different admin section and especially in the totals section you can have views by period.
