Email Digest

Hi there, I’ve purchased aff pro for s2member and the import users plugin…

Is there any way I can email my affiliates monthly with a report on what they’ve achieved…clicks, refferals etc.

Cheers!

Ryan

    Hi Kento,

Thanks for the reply, All members of my site are affiliates so importing them into mailchimp is easy enough for me.

Is there no way I can export the data (clicks/referals/££) etc into a CSV. So I could at least import the data and use mergetags in mailchimp.

I just don’t think that asking people to visit a page is enough for this instance, I’d like the data to be displayed on the email.

Any pointers at all you could give would be great…even just as a starting point.

There’s a solution you could probably apply, let us have a look at an ‘internal’ extension that might be suitable and let you know (at least until the export features are part of it OOTB, this could be a solution for you).

Thanks Kento, that’d be great. I’ll hopefully hear from you soon.

        Thanks again.

          Hi Ryan,

You can access this now in the Downloads section – it’s called Affiliates Export, I hope you will find it useful.

          Cheers

            Hi Kento,

This is perfect. All of the data I require is there.

I was a little confused as how how I would give the affiliate their URL but it’s easy – The ID matches up to the affiliates URL so I can just put this into a merge tag.

            Excellent stuff, great customer service!

    Hi Ryan,

The reports are rather handled on the site, for example, you can set up a page showing results for a period using the [affiliates_affiliate_stats] and [affiliates_affiliate_graph] shortcodes and send out a monthly newsletter pointing them to that page.

If you are using MailChimp, there is Affiliates 2 MailChimp which allows to maintain a list for your affiliates.

    Cheers
