Field Declaration Error on Import

I’m getting Error on line 1, @user_email is not a valid email address when trying to import a tsv file, field declaration is simple as just trying bulk assign users to a group

    Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using our tools.

    Can you please send us a copy of your import file to george at itthinx dot com? It doesn’t have to be your original file and contents, just a dummy sample using the same column declaration as you mention on your description.
