Hi,
we use Stripe and Offline Payments.
Therefore we use the Plugin “Enable Gravity Forms Payment Details” (https://github.com/richardW8k/enablegfpaymentdetails) to change the payment status to paid.
When submitting the form, a referral is created, status pending.
I can now manually change the payment status to paid, which fires all the notifications for this status. But the refferal statuskeeps pending.
Is there any chance to get this set to approoved?

Yes indeed it’s been quite long since last time 🙂
The Affiliates Gravity Forms integration does support an automatic referral status update when the payment is received. The hook used is gform_post_payment_status action hook and perhaps you can add it to the addon you’re using. I’m assuming that perhaps your addon doesn’t provide/support the same hooks as Gravity Forms does for payments.
Furthermore and beyond this support request, the addon you shared hasn’t been updated for 6 years, maybe it’s risky using it for compatibility reasons, unless you maintain it yourself.

Welcome back to our support forum for Affiliates plugin.
In a similar way you can also change the status of the referral. Please go to Affiliates > Referrals, edit the respective referral and change its status to Accepted.
Tip: you can easily locate a specific referral by using the filters found in the Referrals page.
