Is it a temporaly problem with the plugin ? It seems the wordpress update service doesn’t find the .zip archive.

Sorry to hear you have issues installing Itthinx Updates plugin on your site.
All the 5xx HTTP errors are usually related to the site being unavailable because it is temporary overloaded, down for maintenance or not fully functional at the moment of the request.
You can always install the latest version of Itthinx Updates plugin manually through this link, but I would definitely recommend you to check your server logs and specifically the Varnish Cache log for further hints on this issue. If you’re not aware where to locate your server logs, then please make sure to contact your hosting server provider and mention the issue and description you used in your ticket description. Itthinx Updates plugin normally gets installed and updated without issues and your case is probably related to Varnish Cache.
