I’ve just purchased the itthinx affiliates pro plugin and the itthinx updates links are not working and can’t download anywhere. Not from wordpress library, when clicking a link it says plugin not found. Please resolve.

Most probably you are using security restrictions that block the connection and allow you to download.
However, I’ve sent you a copy of the Affiliates WooCommerce integration to the email you used here on itthinx.com during checkout.

Thank you, this works… now the next problem: I get the same error when downloading the woocommerce plugin “plugin not found”

The Affiliates Pro plugin itself can be downloaded from the Downloads section on the site, just in case you need it.
As for Itthinx Updates helper plugin, normally you should find a notice on your Dashboard under Plugins to install and activate it. However, you can also download it directly from this link.
