Manually add tier referrers?

How can I connect an existing user to an affiliate who referred him but didn’t get the credit when the account was created?

Thanks,
Jeff

Hi there we are using WordPress Affiliate Platform and we want to be able to import our affiliate into this new system. Is there a way and also we would like to be able to add an affiliate and be able to link them manually to certain existing users as the default referrer. How can we do this?

      Hi Dennis,

What data do you need imported? Regarding the manual linking, you can do this using Affiliates Permanent but note that this would always grant referrals to them.

Please create a new topic indicating what data you want to import, as this topic is on another subject.

Is there a way to change it in phpmysql?

If not, what would happen if I deleted the affiliate, signed him back up on a referral from the original affiliate and the manually credited the sale to him?

      Scenario:
      Affiliate A
      — Affiliate B
If you can delete Affiliate_B then you can use Affiliate_A link, and recreate Affiliate_B (to be assigned to Affiliate_A).

If you want change DDBB with phpmysql, take a look at the table _aff_affiliates_relations (I recommend you make backup before).

      cheers

    Hi,
if the user is “only” a registered user but not an affiliate, he can access website throw affiliate link, and then, in Affiliate Page Area registered as affiliate (this create a new affiliate based in user A, referred by affiliate B).

If the user A is yet an affiliate and has older commissions (you can’t delete him), right now you can’t change affiliate who referred (we are working hard to launch it soon).

    cheers
