I just bought Affiliate Pro & Affiliate by username from your website.
I need help regarding 2 issues below :
1 ) I need affiliate’s phone number & username displayed on right bar on my website when web visitors reffered to (http://www.bioquantummineral4u.com) via an affiliate link.
2) I need to customize the affiliate signup form. Need to add colums for collecting user’s phone numbers, identification, address and etc.

Hi Reez,
For #2 you can use Affiliates Extra Fields.
For #1 you can adjust the template to get the referrer (see the API-related sections in the documentation) and get the user meta for the referrer which you can display.
