Notification not working right

Hi guys! I set notification to send it when referral is accepted but it send mail when its pending. When that order goes to accept it send again the same mail to affiliates.

    I’m having a similar problem under the following circumstances:-

    1) When I have Notify when ‘Accepted’ checked and ‘Pending’ unchecked I get 2 emails going to the affiliate.
    2) When I switch to have Notify when ‘Accepted’ unchecked and ‘Pending’ checked I get no email going to the affiliate.

    Basically, I want to be able to just send the 1 email notification once the order is accepted.

      Please try setting the Default referral status to Pending on the Affiliates > Options page.

    When set in notifications options: “Notify when a referral is pending” dont get e-mail when order pending and even when accepted.

      This sounds like the emails are ending up in a spam/junk folder. Are you using SMTP to send the emails or just the default way? I’d recommend to use the WP Mail SMTP plugin and make sure the test email arrives, then test the notifications.

        Looks like problem was in default referral status. I set it to pending and now its ok.

    Default referral status – accepted. Woocommerce integration. Affiliates WooCommerce Views plugin. On notification settings checked accepted

      Ok thanks. I would recommend to set the default referral status to pending. As the system automatically updates the status, it’s more logical to have any initial referral set as pending. Also, notifications would get sent too early if this is not pending initially.

    Hi there,

    Please provide some details on your current settings, including default referral status in Affiliates > Options and settings in Affiliates > Notifications. Also what integration are you using please?
