I like to have the option to pay affiliates commission in credits (i.e myCred), store-credits/coupons or a sort of eWallet within the platform. I can do this manually but hey… I like it when things go automatically 🙂
AffiliateWP is the only one I could find which such an option.
Any suggestions?

With regards, to your inquiry, for payouts with store credits, you could use the Store Credit extension. You could use the totals generated by the Affiliates system to issue store credits periodically. On the documentation page you can find a reference to importing store credit coupons via CSV – please note that the process would not be automatic.
