You are running PHP with BCMath Arbitrary Precision Mathematics disabled. Your Affiliates plugin will use substitute functions, but you should seriously consider getting BCMath enabled to avoid loss of precision.

I assume that the question is why this message will appear.
This is because you have not enabled the bcmath php module in your server, so the plugin uses alternative functions, but it’s recommended to enable this php module.
