Plugins not updating

Please I need an assistant on how to update Affiliates Enterprise plugin and Affiliates WooCommerce Integration plugin. The rest are all updated.

    Hi Eugen
    I have already purchased the Affiliates Enterprise. Everything now works but when an Affiliate logs in, it doesn’t redirect to the affiliate dashboard. Please can you help me figure out what’s happening?

      Good afternoon. I hope you are safe and doing great.

      Thank you for renewing your license for Affiliate Enterprise.

      Here’s how you would go about it;
      Using [affiliates_login_redirect] shortcode to redirect your affiliates upon login to the affiliate dashboard.

      Here’s how:
      1. Navigate to the page which has the shortcode for Affiliates login. Proceed by editing the page. Then please add the following shortcode: [affiliates_login_redirect redirect_url="https://your_website_URL/affiliate-area"]; where your_website_URL is your domain name.
      2. If not already created, please create Affiliate Area(/affiliate-area) page and add the affiliate dashboard shortcode: [affiliates_dashboard].

    Thank you for reaching out and for using Affiliates Enterprise.

    With regards to your inquiry, please you would need to renew your license in order to update Affiliates Enterprise.

    Each purchased download includes one year of access to downloads, support and updates. During this period, you will be able to access the file(s) in the Downloads section and receive support as outlined on the Support page. After this period, you will still be able to use the product(s) on your site, but in order to continue to access updates and use the premium support facilities, you need to renew your license(s).
