We’ve found that the affiliate pro plug-in has stopped working. Affiliates no longer receive the money from whenever customers come from affiliates via the custom affiliate link… even when they use the affiliate code that gives %discount is marked as DIRECT and not as an affiliate purchase … currently if you see the screenshots I have attached, the program no longer records RIGHT and consider everything as DIRECT purchase I urgently need someone to fix the problem or I have to close everything and compensate the affiliates.

I think it’s better for me to have a look at your dashboard settings.
Please enable WP debugging and if you are on a live site, take a full backup of your site files and database. Then send me temp admin access to george@itthinx.com.
To enable debugging, edit your wp-config file and replace the following line:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);with these lines:
define('WP_DEBUG', true);define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
Finally create a new file named debug.log under your wp-content folder.

Yes the Coupons are only for affiliates, and they are assign for affiliates so every time there is a discount % its because was used a affiliate coupon.
and as it show on the screenshot affiliate3 “sconto20phitaly10” that coupon was assigned to Noelia, and as you can see on screenshot affiliate1 on Noelia Cabrera there was not %profit as affiliate from the sell of B12 vitamin purchase with the discount coupon…. so this was alredy a test and the plug-in did not work as always did…

Thanks for sharing screenshots on this.
In general, when there is a new referral recorded and no affiliate applies, the referral will be granted to Direct if the option to Store direct referrals is enabled under Affiliates > Settings, Referrals tab.
Regarding the first screenshot, this is not an order referral, but you can confirm that by selecting to Expand details, Expand data and Expand description under Affiliates > Referrals and check the info.

Regarding the coupon used, is it assigned as attribute to the affiliate in question? You can confirm that by visiting Affiliates > Manage Affiliates and edit the desired affiliate. Also, keep in mind that WooCommerce coupon codes are all lowercase, so the assigned coupon to the affiliate should also be lowercase. For example, if affiliate A has a coupon attribute named Coupon1 and on a purchase the customer uses coupon1, then it will not grant affiliate A with a referral.
What happens when you make a test purchase using an affiliate link? Does the affiliate get a referral?
