Hello, we had a problem with groups drip content, basically it stopped working unexpectedly and I did not understand why.
We use this so that users who buy content, belong to a group and that way the content is available to them. We use this code seen in the shortcodes page (https://docs.itthinx.com/document/groups-drip-content/shortcodes/):
[groups_drip group = ‘group name’]
(video content)
[/ groups_drip]
Previously this worked correctly, so we don’t understand what happened.

I’m sorry, that was just a mistake at the time of writing this topic (the space after the /). The code is well written on the web and as I said, before it worked correctly and without any type of modification or change, it stopped working. I think that the plugin was deactivated or stopped working for some reason that I do not know.

Looking at the shortcode you shared, I can notice you have a space just after the / in [/ groups_drip], please ensure the space is removed and it should be good to go. Hence a working version of the shortcode above would be:
