Set payout $$ for coupon use?

How/where do we set the rate that an affiliate gets when one of their coupons gets used?

For example, let’s say we had a coupon-code like “aff01tenOff”, and that was attributed to “Affililate01”.
When a customer uses that, in addition to the 10% the customer gets discounted, we want to give 5% to the affiliate.
How?

Hi William,
editing the affiliate (from Affiliates->Manage Affiliates), you can add a custom rate to this affilliate. But this rate is applied to all the referrals generated to this affiliate (coupons/banners/links)
