The URLs on those screenshots change but I suppose the one with the white screen is a second install. Have you checked whether your memory limits have been exceeded? You can try to raise it as explained under “Increasing memory allocated to PHP” on http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php

you can change ‘AFFILIATES_REFERRAL_AMOUNT_DECIMALS’ in affiliates-enterprise/lib/core/constants.php
Remember that when you update these changes will be lost.

I assume you’re using Woocommerce.
This custom method can help you. With this method, if you set 0.10 in the product page, then the commission is $0.10 intead of 10%.
