User Registration Integration – WooCommerce Registration did not post

I’m using Affiliate Enterprise 2.7.1 with WooCommerce 2.2.4 and having an issue with new registrations. When an affiliate refers a new user I have AE set to pay $50 (set as amount vs base amount) for the new registration + 10% commission to L1, 5% L2 and 5% L3.

The issue I’m having is although I require new user registration at checkout — when a new order is placed through WooCommerce and a new registered user account is generated AE pays the commission percentages correctly however does not pay the $50 for the new user registration.

Is there a setting I’m missing within the WooCommerce integration?

    Hi Eric,

The built-in user registration integration does not credit a referral when a new customer is added (at checkout creating a new account). This is because the user registration process is slightly different when the account is created via checkout with WooCommerce as when the user registers through the normal WordPress registration. We have an update of the User Registration integration scheduled which will allow to have this applied also when the user account is created at checkout.
