We shouldn’t have to manually code HTML in the Notifications page when creating emails for our affiliates. Can you simply add a WYSIWYG Editor so we can easily add images, style text and create a professional email for our valued affiliates. Thanks.

You are right about that. A WYSIWYG editor would be ideal for creating email templates.
So far, we have tried to keep the notification emails simple and thorough, after all it’s a notification and not a promotion or a newsletter email, but i will keep a note on this in case it can be added in a new version of Affiliates plugin.
Alternatively, you can create a new page/post, write your email template, style it and add the supported notification tokens if needed. Then if you switch to Text mode, you can copy the HTML and paste it to the Affiliates notification email. That should make it easier for you at the moment.
