affiliate link works for me, but not anybody i send it to

any links i create work just fine for me only.

then, i sent the link to my mom, to my sister, to my wife. they all purchased the product and no referral was credited.

i created a second affiliate with a different email address, and sent the link to my smart phone where i purchased the product and the referral went through.

i sent that link to my friend and he purchased the product but no referral was credited.

i have created an admin access so that you can help troubleshoot.
