Duplicate Affiliates Notifications

I have checked only Accepted commissions and the notification email is being sent twice. Is this a known issue?

Yes exactly Warren.

Since you are using 6 tiers, there are a lot of notifications being sent. 🙂
Perhaps you can narrow down this amount of emails, simply if you disable some of these notifications, in order for your affiliates to keep track of the action.

I have noticed that there are multiple notifications being sent and I think it may be due to the “definition” of a referral. Each time a referral is generated in the “UPLINE” a notification is sent to the sponsor. I have seven tiers (6 if you don’t count the initial). If someone joins the on the seventh tier, I believe that each person in the structure above receives an email, for each time that a referral is made (a commission paid). I had to turn off notifications because it was getting burdensome for my affiliates to receive so many emails.

Yes I had my admin as an affiliate, BUT my others affiliates are receiving duplicate commission notifications.

Hi Lucas,

Do you by any chance have the site administrator registered as affiliate too?
If that’s the case and you also have enabled administrator notifications, then you get one notification as administrator and one as affiliate.
