I’m planning to setup 3 different affiliate networks. My question is, would it be possible to set it up on 1 site/domain using the Affiliate Enterprise plugin? Or do I have to setup 3 different sites and install the plugin on each?

Yes exactly.
You can create campaigns but the settings would be the same for all these campaigns.

I was thinking that you could select a specific campaign or network and set the settings that way and just call it out on a page or something. But I guess the plugin is only set to manage the settings of 1 affiliate network.

That would require three different installations each having an affiliate plugin installed.
How do you plan to setup each network, just in case it can be done in a single installation.
