rejected?

Payment via stripe/gravity.
I just did a test payment in test mode and the referral was marked “rejected”.

(the payment is marked accepted, and the default referal status is “pending”)

Why is it rejected during testing?

Update of gravity forms to version 1.9.13.16 has resolved the issue.

    Hi Matthew,

Just following up to let you know we’re still looking into this. We’ve uploaded a revised version of the integration which fixes the PHP notices you’ve seen but we’re still getting the same Rejected status for the referrals on your site after that. We’re going to replicate your site more closely, including the form setup, and test to see if there is any other possible conflict.

    Cheers

    Hi Matthew,

Which are the plugin versions you are using? Please share these so i can test it to a similar installation to your installation.
In one of my test installations using the latest version of WordPress(4.3), Affiliates Enterprise(2.12), there are errors with Gravity+Stripe(1.8.1) which is still untested with the current version of WordPress.

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi Matthew,

Which e-commerce plugin are you using? Have you also installed the corresponding Affiliates Integration for this plugin? Do you get any errors and/or warnings in debug.log file?

    Kind regards,
    George
