WordPress Support Session

Today I’ve attended to a few things as part of our regular WordPress support sessions, this time it was really nice to see two new 5* ratings users of the Groups plugin provided:

It’s really awesome to read about the use cases, not only does it help us a lot in prioritizing further development of the plugin, it’s also very rewarding on a personal level and helps to motivate to do more work on the system.

Then there is an ongoing topic related to Groups, which we don’t seem to understand exactly, so I’ve also followed up on it:

And another user identified a conflicting plugin and got things to work using Groups:

It’s very helpful when users follow up with these findings, it gives us a good reference in case someone else has a similar issue. It’s also useful when Groups is put to the test with the broad variety of plugins that are out there. Amazing to see how well things work out in general!
