Affiliate Area Page Reload without Affiliate Info

I have loaded several affiliates (11) and they all appear in the program. The levels are working just fine. The notifications are being sent as needed. The problem that I am having is that when an affiliate is logged in, there is no information presented to them either in the affiliate area or a members only area that I set up. The is_not_affiliate part of things work fine but the is_affiliate code does not work.

On the Affiliate Area Login page, it simply returns to the same page without any affiliate info. I have added the define cookiepath code to the wp_config.php file, turned on the WP-Debug, it does not generate any errors at all so apparently it appears to WP that all is well. I cannot find but one other instance of this in the forum and it appears that it is unresolved. Are there any other possibilities other than cookies as the problem for this. Again, all of the affiliates are being captured, the payments on the various levels are correct.

I forgot to reply back with a BIG THANK YOU! That was indeed the problem and a change of themes did the trick. I appreciate the time and effort you put in to solve this with me. Keep up the good work.

Ok. Here is one more bit of info and I am not certain if it is pertinent or not. It seems that the redirect function is not working at all, in addition to the information just not being on the page, either on the Affiliate Area or the Members Only Area in which I set up to see if the Affiliate Area was just a fluke. I think it has something to do with User names and how they are handled between and among WP/AE/WC. But what do I know? I am not a programmer.

Looking at my updates, I found this little curious thing and I am not certain if this is causing a problem or not. For some reason, WP seems to be placing code in the middle of the redirect shortcode. If that is normal, then I guess it is back to the drawing board for me:

    [affiliates_login_redirect redirect_url=" https://jubileefinance.org/?page_id=396"]

I don’t understand why it would do that, but again, if it is normal, then…!

      Thanks Warren,
Don’t worry, I can see the page code with my user. It seems a problem with the theme or maybe with ‘Page Builder by SiteOrigin’ plugin.
You can try to create a copy of the website to test to change the theme and disable the plugin.
If you make this test in your website before remembe to create a full backup (database & files).
      Thanks

I have not used pastebin before. Is it public or private?
