I have purchase both the affiliate pro and product. I have generated the affiliate area so that one my site guest can click the link and sign up on my site. Well when you click submit after signing up it refreshes and stays the same and never sends the guest an email with login information so they can see their commissions etc.
So i said well if that doesn’t work then let me sign you up manually… well when i go to do that the only fields is name, username, email and Valid dates. No password option for manual affiliate sign up on backend. Why?
Why would i not be able to sign up and receive an email so i can log in to see my commissions?

you will see it will not work on my site. urrgghhh frustrated i have been at this for a month before i submitted a forum…I thought this was the best plugin after doing so much research…:-(…Looking forward to a resolution…
Hi Rick,
when you create an affiliate manually, the wordpress user associated is not created. So in Affiliates->Manage Affiliates if you set an username of an user who exists, then this user will be an affiliate. If your user doesn’t exists, then this affiliate could not log into the page.
Relating to your affiliates registration, it seems a conflict with another plugin or your theme. You could try to disable another plugins related to users registration.
If this doesn’t solve the problem, you can send us dashboard admin access to support at itthinx dot com and we’ll have a look at your settings (please indicate this topic in the email).
