we have purchased your pro plugin and have done all the required settings
we are unable to display the login form on our website, the only registration form is being shown, but no other shortcode is working, i.e no login, no dashboard, etc being displayed

Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for using Affiliates Pro on your site.
Based on the above and since this is a new installation, I’m assuming that there are no active affiliates registered on your site at the moment. When you try to access the Dashboard as a non-affiliate user, then there is nothing to see, because all the contents are affiliate-related.
What happens if you visit the Dashboard page as an authenticated user? Does it show you the registration form partially filled?
If this is what you get, then please proceed and complete the registration. Once done, you will be able to view the Dashboard contents.
