Affiliates url is created dinamically based on the affiliates url param that you can set on Affiliates->Settings:General.
From the dashboard you can see the affiliates link from Affiliates->Manager Affiliates enabling the ‘links’ column ( http://tinyimg.io/i/0FrOj8e.png )
Your affiliates can see their links from the frontend visiting the affiliate-area page.
