1. How does Affiliates Pro handle it if a user is referred to the site by more than one affiliate? Who is it attributed to? The first or the most recent click?
2. Is this configurable?
This is a really key question for managing affiliates, so I’m surprised not to find it in any obvious place in the documentation.

It will attribute the referral to the last referring affiliate. Other assignments are possible but you can’t configure it, there are extension points in the API that allow to customize this.
