I purchased a subscription to “Groups Import Export”. On the support page http://docs.itthinx.com/document/groups-import-export/ the link to Please follow the installation instructions appears to go to the wrong plugin: It goes to this link https://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates/setup/installation/
Please let me know how I can access the installation instructions..
Also, when I try to install the plagin within my wordpress site there is no plugin called “Groups Import Export”
Please help asap

Thanks for mentioning the broken link in the documentation, I’ve taken a note to fix it.
As for the installation of Groups Import Export plugin, you can install it with the standard process:
1. Once you have downloaded the plugin zip file from your Downloads page
2. Go to your Dashboard under Plugins > Add new
3. Upload, install and activate the plugin.
Please note that the free Groups plugin is required and should also be installed, activated on your site.
Once the plugin is activated, it should appear under your Plugins list as Groups Import Export. Also, on the left admin menu it will be located under Groups, as Import and Export. If you are using any sort of caching addon on your site, then please make sure to purge/clean your cache after installing the plugin.
