Hi, we purchased affiliates pro in order to integrate Affiliates with Ecwid: We have a problem related with tracking of sales. The ION Cannon endpoint URL created returns a a 404 errors when we use the “Test endpoint” function in our Ecwid account under System Settings > API.

This is the notification URL:
http://www.pranatur.com/wp-content/plugins/affiliates-ecwid/ion.php?key=6f3104debc1a598394388a2fc742dd11
Unfortunately, if we can not solve this problem, the plugin is unusable. Forward to your kind reply.

Best regards
Manuel

      Hi Manuel,

You are using the wrong ION Cannon endpoint URL. In your Ecwid account, under System Settings > API > Instant Order Notifications, you currently have the URL pointing at the Ecwid Light integration URL:

      http://www.pranatur.com/wp-content/plugins/affiliates-ecwid-light/ion

You must use the correct notification URL found in the WordPress site under Affiliates > Ecwid, I’m going to update that for you and you should have your order notifications working correctly after that.

I’ve just done that and also tested the endpoint from your Ecwid account with the result “Test performed successfully”.

    Hi Antonio,
This is one of the first things we done!

Probably you haven’t checked the problem within our admin side site?? because, you can see it correctly setting up on the admin side of our website.
I have sent to the support all the login informations a couple of weeks ago.

Months passing and we still have this problem. We’re in standby whit the affiliations because of this problem.
Please, try to help us a little bit more! the software we bought include the support.

    Best regards, Manuel.

      Hi Manuel,

From what we can see on the admin side it’s set up correctly. As we don’t have access to your Ecwid store back end, we can’t check if the endpoint URL is working or not. From the tests we have made on your site, it seems that it has not been set up correctly, as no referrals are recorded. If you provide access to the Ecwid control panel we can check your settings there.

    Hi Antonio,
    The problem is with Ecwid.
At the moment we haven’t tested the plugin with woocommerce.

I’ll wait for your check, thank you.

      Hi,
Make sure you are using the Affiliates->Ecwid URL as the ION Cannon endpoint URL in your Ecwid account under System Settings > API ( in http://www.ecwid.com ).
      cheers

      Hi Manuel,
if you need to generate referrals with Woocommerce, you need the Woocommerce Integration. Or the problem is with Ecwid ?
      cheers

    Dear Kento,
The problem with the URL I told you before is solved!

Unfortunately we cannot still use the software Affiliates Pro, because the affiliate visits and hits are being tracked, but none of the referrals are being tracked.

This below is the test URL/page we tested a lot, but as I said you, zero referral has being tracked, whereas the visits has being tracked.

    http://www.pranatur.com/offerte-bacchegoji/?affiliates=3

If you’d like to do some test in our admin side, please let us know and we’ll send you the login info for this site.

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi Manuel,

Thanks for the URL. Something on your server or setup must be blocking access, do you have any plugin restricting access to php files or server rules that restrict access?
