Hello sir , i purchased affiliates enterprises (with salesgate.in at gmail dit com) but may be it’s not working properly or I’m unable to setting up properly because of it’s too complicated , please help me out asap, I have tried many times but it’s create problem
What i want to do : I want just enable MLM for tier 2 means direct(with 50%) , level1(20%) , level 2(10%) on purchasing of the learndash course
Problems what I’m facing :
affiliates link not generate refferals on another device
commission not reflect etc.
so please help me out through call if it possible(7065869659) or provide me all settings whatever is required for running a actuate MLM system like general setting , tier, rates, commission , and other setting as well ,

Thank you so much for reaching out and for using Affiliates Enterprise as your affiliate marketing tool.
Currently, Affiliates plugin doesn’t integrate with LearnDash and therefore the rate wouldn’t apply for that referral. You would need to install the FREE WooCommerce for LearnDash addon by LearnDash. You can also install this addon by navigating to LearnDash LMS > Add-ons. Then proceed by clicking on Install Now on the WooCommerce for LearnDash add-on.
Once this is installed and activated, you can easily create a WooCommerce Product and assign it to your LearnDash course.
Below is a screenshot of an example WooCommerce product created and assigned to a LearnDash course:

Next, you would need to set up your rates. Considering you already provided the desired information on how your rates should be set up, I have gone ahead to set up rates to meet these needs. Please see the screenshot below:

To replicate the above;
* Navigate to Affiliates > Rates
* Click on New Rate
* Add the rates just as I have in the screenshot above.
Notes:
* The rate with ID, 5 in the screenshot represents the OR(original referrer); the affiliate who refers a new lead, a new customer or a transaction as for example a purchase order.
* The rate with ID, 11 in the screenshot above is applied to the affiliates at level 1 and the rate with ID, 12 would be applied to affiliates in level 2.
For example:
An affiliate refers a customer and the customer makes a net purchase of $100 and has an affiliate in each of the two levels of his upline, the commissions granted to each would be:
a) Commission for the referring affiliate: $100 * 0.5 = $50
b) Commission for the level 1 in the upline: $100 * 0.2 = $20
c) For level 2 in the upline: $100 * 0.10 = $10
