Restrict category, display content teaser?

Hello!

Is it possible to restrict a post or category by group, but then still display the listing in the blog index? So users can go to the blog index and then see posts listed here that they don’t have access to. They can read the title and excerpt, but when they try to click into it then it redirects back to their my account page.
