I assume that for you it is working because you created an account using a social login. Could you confirm whether this was the case?
It is also working for us if we login using one of the available social login options, but if we use a standard username and pass it does not work which is weird
No, I just created an account with the standard WordPress Register function on the grey login screen of the back end. In any case, I checked it and the shortcode works fine.
