how can I realize to show the affilates “nickname”, which he/she can set him-/herself in the wordpress user profile instead of showing Firstname and Last Name (I think this are the affiliate-nonce variables, for what I have seen from the code)

The shortcode does not provide an option to display the nickname instead, but takes the data from the affiliate profile. Unfortunately we don’t have a filter in the shortcode that you could use to change it either.
There is a filter
affiliates_tiers_outputdocumented here http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-enterprise/api/filters/ that allows to alter the output of the shortcode, but in this case it wouldn’t be of much use.Sorry if this isn’t much of a solution, maybe we can take your request as a suggestion for improvement for a future update.
