   You can use a tool such as AWStats to do that, see for example Using the Extra Sections features – the first example Tracking Product orders can be adapted to tracking affiliate IDs.

   Assuming you use the default parameter affiliates:

   ExtraSectionFirstColumnValues1="QUERY_STRING,affiliates=([^&]+)"
