I had your plugin working fine on a local installation, but now that I have my website on my host it no longer populates the capabilities table or allows me to add new capabilities. suggesting that the table doesn’t create…
I have deactivated the plugin and deleted it, then reinstalled. Also tried checking the box “Delete all plugin data on deactivation”.
Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

i can’t set the capability to the particular group even show this message(Apply capability to selected groups:) but i can’t choose the right capability because it was empty. how can i solve it out.

Do you mean the dropdown is empty? What versions are you using please?
