does the plugin allows for affiliate links to be done for specific products?
So by default, an affilite link is for the homepage,
such as: https://example.com?affiliates=4
but what if we wanted an affiliate link to be directed to a specific product, such as
https://example.com/shop/accessories/hats/product_sample1?affiliate=4 — is this supported?
Can an affiliate add that ?affiliate=4 code to the end of a product url and still have the affiliate tracking work?

Yes you can simply add the affiliate URL parameter to the end of a link.
Alternatively, you can use the affiliate link generator as described in the documentation.
