Affiliate not receiving credit/commission for order placed using their link

I want our affiliates “Consultants” to be able to receive credit ie. commission from orders placed through their affiliate link.

However, this is not happening right now. PLEASE HELP!

Also is there a way to give credit to the affiliate manually in case someone comes to the site using the standard url and not an affiliate url, but then states that a particular affiliate referred them?

    Hi,
    you can create referrals manually in Affiliates->Referrals.
    Relating to commissions, please tell us your integrations installed, and settings.
