affiliate registration – from email

Hi,
I installed affiliate enterprise to my wordpress site, but when someone register to be affiliate, it sends email to the person who registers and in his email in from section it doesn’t put my admin email instead it says wordpress@secure……net. Could you please help how to change this from section to administration email.

Thank you,

    Hi Cevad,

Once you visited GitHub, press the Download button. The zip downloaded, can be installed as a plugin in your site.

    Cheers.

Thank you George, that is awesome if we can use token. But when I put [user_displayname], it doesn’t work. I guess it is because I didn’t include this file affiliates-extra-tokens.php. How should I use this file. Should I embed the code somewhere, it doesn’t explain where I should put.

    Thank you,

    Hi Cevad,

As for notifications, you can use the tokens described in the documentation page for notifications.
Also, you can have a look to an extension from @Antonio here, which has some more tokens for affiliates notifications.

    Cheers.

Ops sorry, it does send email but I changed the following code from Affiliate notification and it was sending as a spam so I couldn’t see.
    Congratulations [affiliates_affiliate_profile show_name="true"/],
Thank you for signing up. Please keep this email for your record.
    Username: [username]
    Password: [password]
    [site_login_url]
    Your affiliate URL:
    [affiliates_url]

Use this code to embed your affiliate link:
    Affiliate link

But I wanted to show the name of affileate using [affiliates_affiliate_profile show_name="true"/] and it didn't work, also [affiliates_url] and Affiliate link didn't work neither even though I did the same as it says on shortcode page.

    Thank you,

I installed that plugin, and it works when someone registered my site, but when someone registered as an affiliate it doesn’t send an email. Since they don’t receive email their registration is not activated so that nobody can register as an affiliate. This is really big issue for me, I mean I don’t see any affiliate:). Please help!!!

    Thank you,

    Hi Cevad,

You can use a plugin like WP Mail SMTP which allows you to change the from field for the emails sent from your site.

    Kind regards,
    George
