Affiliates Pro for Woocommerce

I’m so confused; I bought affiliates pro for woo commerce and I’m now trying to upload the zip file so I can get this thing setup and running, but in all of the files I opened, there is no ‘zip’ file?

This is really frustrating. I thought it would be as simple as adding and activating a plug-in, but NO! It’s WAY more complicated than that. Even though I’m not a computer wiz, I can figure most things about, but this is a different scenario. I paid for and downloaded ‘Affiliates Pro Woocommerce Integration’ and on the “downloads” page, every file is in a PHP-FORMAT. I have no idea what the hell that is. None of my files that were supplied to me when I purchased this were ZIP FILES. If you’re telling me what I think you are (to somehow convert the php files to zip files), then I am utterly confused because I have no idea how to do that. I feel as if many of your customers are having problems, whether it may be errors in the software, bugs, or just installation-problems. Regardless, I think it would be your best best to fix whatever mishaps there may be. If there’s a way I can give you guys my web info and you can go in and do it for me, I’ll tip y’all or pay or whatever you want. I just want it fixed. If you guys are unable to do it for me or can’t give me exact directions on how to adequately download this program, then I want my money back! Thanks.

      Hi,
you should not see the downloads as php, please send us your username and password to support at itthinx dot com, and we’ll have a look to your downloads.
      cheers

That makes no sense – I’m saying in all of the stuff that I downloaded, I never received a ‘zip’ file?

      Hi,
in your downloads page you must have all files in zip format.

    Hi,
you must upload directly the zip file (is not necessary to unzip it first).
    cheers
