Affiliates Pro not tracking traffic correctly

Hi there,

I have Affiliates Pro on my website, and I have a few affiliates that have been using their custom URLs.

One of my affiliates is saying that she has tracked more than 200 people have used her link to visit the site, but my site’s dashboard only indicates 30 visitors with her link.

Google Analytics also seems to indicate no traffic to that link– which is odd, because the plugin clearly shows at least 30 visitors.

I’ve tried going to her link myself, with my phone on and off wifi, and from my computer with and without an incognito window. None of them result in any new traffic showing up on the Affiliates dashboard.

I still see some new traffic appear, but only one or two every few minutes. There seems to be no pattern related to devices used either- I see iPhones, Android, Macintosh, Windows, and Linux all appearing in the User Agent column.

My affiliate is worried we are somehow hiding traffic from her, and this is affecting our business relationship with her. Please let me know what I can do to better investigate this. My website is, if that information helps you.

Thanks for getting back to me!

      Sure thing, the link is

This is not pay-per-click, so feel free to click and visit as often as necessary.

I disabled the cache for this URL (I use SG Optimizer for caching), I think that may have helped, but I’m still not seeing every one of my test visits appearing (desktop, phone, different phone, wifi, data, all the various ways I can follow the link)
