What i’m after is for my first-level affiliates (say on 50% commission) to be able to choose how much of their commission to offer second-level affiliates that they sign up.
Can this be done?

Hi Patricia,
From Affilites->Tiers you can set the rates relatives or not, but the ‘split’ option is not available.
Usign the Affiliates API you can create your own custom method.
