Can’t upgrade to indicated version from WordPress

When clicking provided link to “View version 1.7.1 details.” I get this:
“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

Where would I find my License Key?
Hi David,
Please check once more that Itthinx Updates plugin is installed and activated and that you use a valid license key. Your license key is active for a year since your purchase of the plugin.
Also, check your plugins in case you are using a security oriented plugin that blocks other plugins from updating. I’m suggesting that because there is automatic update for Affiliates WooCommerce integration.
