We’re using the Groups Plugin to restrict the access to products.
Additionally we have a section with downloads where the access is restrictedy by “Groups File Access”.
Now we have the problem, that we’re administrator and we can see all products (even the restricted ones) but can’t see any files without being in the group, that got the access to it.
Is it possible, to see all files without adding each group to us manually?

FYI, even as an administrator you need to be a member of the group(s) where the files are restricted to. Therefore you need to add your admin users to these groups. Still though don’t forget that this process is pretty easy and you can do it in bulk through the Users > All users list. Once you visit that page you can filter by administrators only, select them and then in the Groups filters select the group(s) to add them as members. All the details for this process can be found in the documentation for Memberships under Bulk actions section.
