Charged too much

Hi, My invoice says I paid $41.40 but my bank account says $56.33.

Could you please tell me why this is? Thanks

My invoice says $41.40 and doesn’t say USD. So how do I use this for my banking requirements?

  You can simply refer to the statement that your credit card provider issues for you as the conversion rate and transaction amounts are also evident from there. You can provide those to your accountant who will know how the record those bookkeeping transactions accordingly for your jurisdiction.

The plugin price is in USD and your bank statement gives you the equivalent in AUD, that’s why you noticed that difference. If it’s possible to see further details for this transaction in your account analysis, you will also notice the exchange rate used and the actual charge for this purchase.
